AI disclosure

Two things on this page are answered by an AI assistant rather than a person:

• The chat. It says it is an AI when you open it.
• The phone number. It says it is an AI at the start of the call, and tells you the call is recorded, before anything is asked of you.

It will not claim to be a person. If you ask directly, it will tell you.

You can always reach one. On the phone, say you would rather speak to somebody and the call is passed on. In the chat, say the same and your details go straight to a person.

You are never required to talk to the assistant to get a reply. Emailing hello@alizanelabs.site reaches a person directly.

The assistant answers using information provided by Alizane Labs — services, hours, coverage. It is instructed not to invent anything it has not been given.

It does not price work, confirm availability, or book a specific time. It takes down what you need so a person can come back to you. Nothing about you is decided automatically.

Your conversation is sent to the providers listed in the privacy policy so a reply can be generated, and is stored so your enquiry is not lost. Chat transcripts and call recordings are deleted after 12 months.

Your conversations are not used to train public AI models.
