This page belongs to Alizane Labs. If you have a question about your information, or want it corrected or deleted, email hello@alizanelabs.site.

• What you tell the assistant. Your name, phone number, email address, and what you need help with — whatever you type into the chat.
• What you say on the phone, if you call. Calls to the number on this page are answered by an AI assistant and are recorded. You are told so at the start of the call.
• How you arrived. Which advert or link brought you here, your approximate location from your IP address, your browser and device type.

We do not ask for and do not store card or bank details on this page.

• Answering your enquiry, and contacting you about it by phone or email.
• Passing your enquiry to the right person so somebody can get back to you.
• Understanding which adverts bring genuine enquiries, so money is not spent on ones that do not.
• Keeping the page working and free of automated spam.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone outside the list in section 4.

A small number of services are used to run this page and its assistant. Each receives only what it needs to do its job:

Chat transcripts and call recordings are deleted after 12 months. This runs automatically, not on request.

Your enquiry details are kept. If you gave a name, phone number or email, Alizane Labs keeps those as a record of the enquiry — a business needs to know who contacted it. The conversation that produced them is still deleted on the 12-month schedule.

Anonymous records are deleted after 12 months. Visit counts and the one-word topic label attached to a conversation contain no names or contact details, and expire on the same clock.

You can ask for your information to be deleted sooner. Email hello@alizanelabs.site.

The chat on this page is answered by an AI assistant, not a person. It says so when you open it. What you type is sent to the providers named in section 4 so a reply can be generated.

The phone number on this page is answered by an AI assistant, and calls are recorded. You are told both at the start of every call, before anything is asked of you. If you would rather speak to a person, say so and the call will be passed to one.

Nothing is decided about you automatically. The assistant takes down what you need and passes it to a human. It does not price, approve or reject anything.

This page uses Google Analytics 4 and the Meta Pixel to measure which adverts bring visitors to it. These set cookies in your browser. They record that a visit and an enquiry happened and which advert produced them — they do not read your conversation.

When an enquiry is completed, a conversion event is sent to Google and Meta from our own systems. It includes your phone number and email address in hashed form, which cannot be reversed back into the original.

You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings at any time. The page and the chat work either way.

Everything sent between your browser and this page is encrypted in transit using HTTPS. Access to stored enquiries is restricted to the people who need it, behind strong authentication.

No method of transmission or storage is completely immune from risk, but the measures above are applied as a matter of course rather than on request.

You can ask to see the information held about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted. Email hello@alizanelabs.site and say which.

This page may link elsewhere. We are not responsible for how other sites handle your information, and their own policies apply once you leave.

This policy may be updated. The current version is always the one on this page, and it took effect on 22 August 2026.
